Women's Circles

Describing a Women's Circle is tricky. As you can tell by it's name, it's a gathering or women who sit together in a circle. Women have been sitting in circle since the dawn of time. What you do in a circle and how, it's about the person who leads it. So, there are different circles as much as there are different women!

In my circle we sit in circle and co create a place where everyone feels safe and acknowledged. We generally have a prompt for some sharing and intention setting to start with, usually season based. Then we ground, visualise/meditate and dance to connect with our bodies and souls. Following I introduce a mindful activity like journaling, drawing, blessing food, holding the space for others, and a final sharing.
