What brings you here?
It could be the need to leave the everyday rush and overstimulation for a bit, to come back to your centre and breathe.
It could be that you don't have the words, but your body is telling you something and you want to listen.
Or simply, you need to feel seen and witnessed. You need a sister to hold the space for you.
There is no need to perform, no need to be a certain way, no need to be fixed. No need to be an artist or a dancer.
Your body and soul know, and that's enough.
Take your shoes off, have a cuppa and follow me upstairs, in the magical tiny living room temple, where we cocreate a space for you to be.

I paint, and I help women to reconnect to the deep wisdom within through body-soul practices, self discovery and creativity, all with my signature style of Mediterranean warmth, presence and care.
