I started my heart centred journey in my 20s when my Oriental Dance teacher and mentor Giulia Mion introduced me to the magic of Women's Circles weaved into sacred dance practice. Dancing and sitting in circle give me so much joy!
On top of being an Oriental Dance teacher and performer, over the years I trained in the Q'ero Inka spiritual path, Western Shamanism and various kinds of feminine archetypical and embodiment work. I've been holding circles in Italy and in Devon since 2008, often linked to dance as a sacred practice.
I live with fibromyalgia and endometriosis and a few years ago I answered the call to embrace my creative energy and embarked on a healing artistic journey. After noticing the difference that art makes daily for me, I decided to weave it into my offerings and I'm now a Color of the Soul facilitator. I'm also a Reiki Seichem Practitioner and Akashic records reader.
I have over 15 years of experience in social care, first as a social worker in Italy, then as a charity wellbeing worker in the UK. This gives me confidence in holding the space for people in an inclusive and trauma informed way.
I love Italian and middle Eastern food (both cooking and eating!), getting messy with paint and a canvas, dancing and connecting with other like minded women.
I now provide a heart-centred space for women to experience embodiment, connection and creativity in Devon, UK, with my signature style of Mediterranean warmth and care. I'm also launching my art into the world so that it can find the people that need to see it.

CONNECTION AND HUMOUR
I am Italian inside out and I bring my Mediterranean culture in my heart. I will hug you welcome and goodbye (if you'd like), I will smile and cry with you, I will hold the space, feed you snacks and offer tea, all while dramatically gesticulating and sometimes, I will curse, because life is hard enough. I also have a non politically correct sense of humour which I have no intention to change.
KINDNESS and NON VIOLENCE
I don't support genocides or lobbies that perpetrate them. I don't support colonialism and the run to make this world a place where we resolve conflict through violence. Yes to peace, yes to connection, yes to dialogue.
SELF DETERMINATION and CRITICAL SENSE
I encourage radical awareness. I encourage you to feel how things sit within yourself and your body rather than blindly trusting what the system tells you. I avoid AI as much as I can, I boycott, I protest, I challenge, I buy second hand when possible.
SISTERHOOD:
I strive to make you feel as if you were between family (the good kind!). This doesn't mean forcing friendships, but encouraging you to see yourself in the struggles and victories of the other women even though you don't share the same life experiences. This is how we form peaceful communities.
