"Color of the Soul" is a method created by French art therapist and counsellor Marianne Cordier, who lives in Italy (https://www.mariannecordier.com). The facilitator training is taught exclusively in Italian, so there are few people abroad who can facilitate it in other languages. I'm one of them and I'm so excited to bring you this opportunity.

This is a session for you if you're looking for your creative spark in all aspects of life.

Less intense than an in person Sister Temple™ session, it's ideal for women who need a special time for themselves and don't mind doing things remotely.

Be prepared to get messy! No art experience needed, but if you are an experienced artist, you will still find the experience beneficial.

I will guide you through the whole process. We start with arriving, setting intentions and free movement, then we move into the meditation, painting and dialogue with the soul through your painting.

As this session is remote, you will need to prepare the space and already have your art supplies and paper/canvas to paint on. You will also need a laptop you can move so I can see you painting, or a separate webcam that you can move. A full list of what you need will provided when you book.
